Vanessa A. Donaville
Vanessa Donaville founded In Touch Financial Services with a simple belief: financial guidance should be personal, transparent, and built on real relationships.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Vanessa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from San Francisco State University. She began her career working with large investment firms and banks, where she gained valuable experience—but also recognized something was missing.
Too often, clients were treated like numbers instead of individuals. Vanessa saw the need for a more meaningful approach—one where clients are truly understood, educated, and supported in every stage of their financial journey. She wanted people to not only have a strategy, but to understand it and feel confident in the decisions they were making.
In 1995, she founded In Touch Investments—now In Touch Financial Services—to do exactly that.
Today, Vanessa manages over $85 million in assets for both individuals and businesses, providing thoughtful, personalized guidance built around each client’s unique goals. She has also been recognized in Black Enterprise magazine as a leading advisor in Solano County. What truly sets Vanessa apart is her ability to bring multiple areas of financial life together. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Lending professional, and owner of In Touch Realty Services, she offers clients a more connected and strategic approach—helping them make smarter decisions across investments, real estate, and lending.

Rodney Kearney
Director of Mortgage Lending
Rodney’s career in mortgage lending spans in California with tenures at Countrywide Home Loans and First Magnus Financial Services Inc., as well as partnerships with Charter Funding Inc. For more than seven years He worked exclusively with realtors and major real estate firms as their “In-house” source for real-estate financing.
In 2011, Rodney took a brief leave from the world of real estate to serve as administrator for Metropolitan Fresh Start House Inc., a San Francisco based Non-profit residential program providing for the needs of homeless veterans. He continues to serve in that capacity today as a way of giving back to the community.
Rodney earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from UCLA with emphasis in public law and administration. He has since earned and held several industry licenses and certifications including a California Life & Disability – series 3 license, and a Mortgage Expert certification from Mortgage Educators & Compliance Inc., as well as membership in the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Rodney Kearney now brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to In Touch Financial Services as a managing partner over mortgage lending.

Patricia has extensive experience in accounting and auditing, including working for a local Accounting and CPA firm, The Oakland Athletics, and representing Pepsi as a member of the National Association of Black Accountants.

Lesley Stewart
Lesley Stewart is a licensed Real Estate Broker with an extensive mortgage background. With a detailed understanding of First Time Homebuyer Programs and special financing, she has helped many individuals realize their dream of homeownership. She is a real estate investor who owns and manages property in the Bay Area. She is often called upon to speak at events that involve educating individuals about the mortgage and personal finance and addressing economic issues as they relate to the state of the mortgage industry.
Lesley Stewart comes from a family of educators and it is in her blood to teach. She is an educator who teaches Corporate Finance at the university level and enjoys sharing wealth strategies with young adults. She has a passion for golf and loves teaching the game to anyone who wants to learn.
Lesley Stewart holds a Masters in Business Administration from UOP and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis on Finance, from California State University of the East Bay. She has served on the board of The National Coalition of One Hundred Black Women, Inc., Oakland/Bay Area Chapter and currently serves on the board of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Kappa Beta Omega Chapter and the Richmond CHDC (Community Housing and Development Corporation).
Kaku Weathersby

Kaku Ishikawa Weathersby was born the daughter of a devoted mother and a prominent Japanese businessman in Tokyo Japan. She was raised with 3 siblings. Her parents instilled in her the determination and resilience to be successful in any endeavor. A strong work ethic, loyalty, intelligence, and integrity are characteristics she has in abundance. In 2004 Kaku chose to embark on a new pursuit, real estate.
Her professional real estate journey began with Coldwell Banker, where she worked with first time buyers, experienced sellers, estate property sales, and even assisted clients relocating out of state.
Kaku would like to share her experiences guiding clients as they aspire to sell, buy and relocate. She knows from experience that the process can be very stressful. So, Kaku prides herself on making sure her clients know that she is 100% in their corner and that they can trust her with what, for most people, is the biggest financial decision they can make in their lifetime. She’ll take every step necessary to her client’s dreams to become a reality.
Kaku is a consummate real estate professional who advises and represents her clients as though they are part of her family. Chamayne R. Pierce
As a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Bay Area for the since 2008 Chamayne Pierce has spent her professional career in some capacity of customer/client service and people enablement or realizing their dreams.
With the combination of an undergraduate degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Travel Management and a master’s degree Human Resources Management Chamayne has successfully paired these degrees in a manner that has allowed her to help others in many aspects of personal and business life matters.
Chamayne was led to the world of Real Estate while working in Residential Loan Underwriting. As an Underwriter, the conversations about properties began to steer her thinking toward a career in Real Estate. After obtaining her Real Estate license Chamayne then had client service, people enablement and now underwriting in her background.
Her initiation into Real Estate came pretty easy as she had already been involved in both purchase and refinance transactions. Chamayne takes on every business opportunity by seeking first to get to know her client and her clients’ needs as she is most concerned with clients being informed purchasers.
Chamayne believes “knowledge is power” and therefore spends whatever time it takes to educate her clients about the market, about the different types of mortgage loans and also helps them to determine how to budget for a mortgage.
